Your username and password are case-sensitive. "Roper" will not work if your password is "roper".
Videos are not set up for streaming. Download them to your
own storage device, and watch them whenever you want.
With most browsers, you can do this by right clicking on the link and selecting "Save target as..." then choosing a location.
Different videos are in different formats. Please be sure you have the right player for each video.
